Our goal is to provide comprehensive resources and services that foster stability, growth, and well-being for people suffering from chronic mental illness.  We understand that mental health is deeply intertwined with various aspects of life, and that's why we focus on a holistic approach to support: 

Housing and Rehabilitation

We offer safe and supportive housing to ensure that individuals have a stable environment while they work towards recovery and self-sufficiency.   We provide access to programs that help individuals obtain stable employment and credentials, empowering them with the knowledge and qualifications needed to pursue their goals and improve their life prospects.  Our organization assists individuals in creating effective practical life strategies, enabling them to manage their personal and work lives in a healthy and productive manner.

Comprehensive Healthcare 

Heart & Health strategically partners with like-minded organizations to provide on-site affordable mental health care, medical care, and dental care services.  By addressing critical health needs in addition to housing, we aim to reduce the risk factors that cause mental health crisis, homelessness, joblessness, and subsequent re-admittance into mental health hospitals.  By partnering with organizations to address these factors, we can help support individuals in leading healthier, more stable lives.
