Dr. Angela Okotie-Eboh has over 23 years of experience in evidence-based patient care and clinical leadership. A pioneering nurse practitioner multi-specialty practice in Houston focused on evidence-based care for the chronically mental ill, Dr. Angela founded Heart & Health and has served tens of thousands of individuals globally with comprehensive medical and social services.   

Adam brings a robust background in institutional leadership, consulting for nonprofits, and ministry to Heart & Health.  While leading campuses, Adam has excelled in program development, team management, and community engagement.  To Adam, this work is personal.  As a foster/adoptive parent, he combines compassion with a deep understanding of mental health challenges and is committed to driving transformative change.
